These are high-profile modules that are a whopping 2 inches tall, so be sure to check for gaps if you're using a large tower CPU cooler hanging over your motherboard's memory slots. In terms of performance, this kit is clocked at 3200 MHz. The CL16's timings strike a good balance of speed and value. Of course there are faster modules on the market, but with them you end up spending a lot more to significantly reduce your return, like most gaming RAM kits , you must enable the XMP profile in your PC's BIOS settings for optimal performance.
