If you order 5XL, here's what you should expect.
I ordered more than usual on the advice of other reviewers. I ordered 5XL. My usual shirt size is a 20 x 38/39 cut large so 5XL was just in case. Also for the price I had to lose. The neckline and sleeves match the 20" x 38/39 size I wear, so it was fine. The chest fits perfectly. The only problem was that the tails are too short, probably 4 inches, that is quite a lot.
