For those reading the lowest star review. Note a few things: According to TIA guidelines, to be "officially a CAT6a cable" these three things must be true that these cables don't have: 1. It must be between the 16-20G cable. 2. It must have extra shielding to reduce crosstalk.3 The 10Gbps speed should be kept within 100m. Therefore, by their own admission, these cables are misrepresented and advertised (using 30G cable). the longest I've bought) See the pics below for details I haven't tried 10G but will update this review with the results soon Just to get rid of the crap I'm seeing in these Q&A and reviews I'd tell the seller I recommend stop promoting them as "CAT6A certified cables". They aren't. They mislead people, period. However, I accept these terms because they are smaller and I can use them for specific purposes Applications (e.g. in tight spaces with short paths. I give 3-4 stars because I knew what I was taking. But for anyone trying to use them for PoE I wouldn't recommend it. It would be , like trying to plug a household outlet into a phone line. Would you trust it? This is not the correct metric for the CAT6a specification, which accounts for PoE devices, crosstalk and speed. This manufacturer is d They're about to introduce a newer product, and unfortunately they don't warn users (which actually worries me a bit). All it takes is burning down a house and I'm sure you'll have a hard time finding this product by the same name at Revain. Details on the photos: The first iPerf3 test is carried out with a standard cable with a nominal value of 10G. with a 1G connection (the first line shows a transfer of 90.5 MB at 759 Mbit/s); An Intel NUC in a Kubernetes cluster that is the master node for another Intel NUC Kubernetes worker node. The second iPerf3 test is performed with 192.168.3.21 connected with the cable shown here, length = 7 feet (the first line in this test shows 91.4 MB transfer at 767 MB/s). In the third image, both 192.168.3.21 (main) and 192.168.3.26 (work) use the cable shown here, Length = 7ft @ (the first line in this image shows 91.3MB at 766Mbps transmission). So believe what you want to believe and take care of your equipment. Again because of a problem with the sensor. I wouldn't use this cable for PoE, especially 802.3bt rated at 90-100W. I really think it's too much for these little guys. At least I warned you.
