I like that it is easy to use with my personal email account as well as work accounts. It's not always clear how best to configure permissions between different users/groups within an organization or who has access to what in terms of files and folders when working remotely. There are some features (like file sharing) which don't seem to be available if you're logged into your own Gmail profile rather than one belonging to another user. We've been able to share documents securely while providing only limited visibility over those shared items.
