I washed the glasses with soap and water and dried them with a microfiber cloth to get them really clean. The glue felt very sticky, I have no problem with the nose pad falling off like others. I will update later. UPDATE Two weeks later, the pads are still there, just like the first day I put them on, except for one pad. I have touched this pad too many times so I think I have some oil or dust in it so there is an air bubble in one corner of the pad. The other pad is in perfect condition, although update 2 is still on the same pads a month later. But the glue seems to stay on the glasses while the pads detach from the glue. This is starting to happen around the edges of both pads, but they're still securely attached to my glasses when I'm not fiddling with them. Update 3 9/4 The original pads have finally fallen off, the adhesive remains but wipes off easily. These pads will last a while if you make the right cleaning preparations.
