I had mixed feelings when I placed the order with positive and negative reviews but I have to say I am pleasantly surprised and pleased with this little machine. And I mean little. My Bella had a cup failure (a common problem, like other users, the hose came off and leaked everywhere) and I replaced it with this machine. I thought Bella built a little coffee maker for a glass, but I was wrong. Mixspresso wins the size award. So I'm happy with the size of the machine because I don't have much counter space and THIS MAKES A VERY TERRIBLE CUP OF COFFEE. Glory! And it doesn't take much time to make a cup. I don't stand and look at the machine when I'm making coffee. I have other things to do. It takes about three minutes from start to finish. Go pee and come back. Your cup of joe will be waiting for you. :) I recommend this machine to all coffee lovers. Don't get caught up in the hype with expensive brands of other cars. This machine works just as well. Before buying the Mixspresso, I bought a Keurig mini. The next day, this kid returned to Target. It may be four inches wide but it's about 13 inches deep. No thank you. I am satisfied with my Mixpresso. I'm thinking of getting another one for my desk.
