Review on OrbFusion by Colin Watkins

I have been working as an Administrator for OrbFusion since it began in 1999 at their first location in Phoenix AZ. The customer service that we receive is fantastic from the CEO (Steve) to all other employees including support staff! We are able to resolve issues with our software quickly because there was someone available who could help us. There are some glitches when navigating through parts of their site that sometimes make finding info harder than if they did not exist but once things get figured out its fantastic. Being part of a network allows me to connect easily with others around campus while allowing myself the flexibility needed to accomplish my job duties. I like that it's easy to use for our team members who are not computer savvy. It has made managing my day-to-day tasks much easier as well. The reporting is very detailed so we can easily see what needs attention. There isn't anything really! Sometimes when adding new items from different projects it takes a little while to sync up with the main system but this seems to be improving. We're able to manage all of our projects at once without having to constantly switch between programs or systems.
