Review on BG Beanie Knitted Crochet Slouchy Outdoor Recreation in Climbing by Jill Ross

For an upcoming trip to Ireland I was looking for a hat to wear on the days when I didn't need a jacket hood but still needed something to keep my head warm. While this crochet beret isn't designed for freezing temperatures as the yarn isn't thick but the pattern is airy, it should do for chilly days outside. The biggest problem I had when looking for a hat was that my head is almost 22 inches in circumference and I have thick curly hair - most hats were too tight. This beret fits well but is not tight and also easily fits under the hood of my jacket. My search is over!
