Pretty sure this iPad was hacked and sent back.
This message pops up when setting up, now I bought another refurbished iPad before and it wasn't on that one. When I tried to uninstall it it wouldn't let me do it and upon further checking the remote shouldn't be there. I would suggest returning it and buying another one.
