Update September 2017: My pup and I have done about 15 round trips this year and we have about 5 more trips ahead of us this year. She knows this bag is her home, which means a trip! I have a 7 pound Chiviny with a very long body. It fits comfortably in this bag. People stop and ask me about this bag all the time. The best dog backpack on the market! It has great ventilation, lots of strap options, and is pretty durable. There are 3 improvements I would like to make. 1.) I would like the logo to be positioned better so it can be worn as a backpack. 2.) I wish there was a bigger velcro pocket. 3.) I wish it was pink! (Pink is our favorite color!) But these little things will hook me to my pup's favorite bag! _____________________________ This is actually my first time using this product on the go. First I have to say that this is a pretty good product. Some pets may find it frustrating that you have to turn it on its side. The included small mat can be more absorbent in case of an accident. The bag has a front pocket for goodies and a mesh side pocket that helps to carry a few things, but if the front pocket was bigger you could fit a few more emergency items you need when traveling such as: B. Cloths in case of accidents. . I will say the rest of the bag is quality construction and comes with about 5 different strap options. I specifically chose this back for the backpack option and it works well. I also love that all the zippers have little buckles so they don't come loose! I also like the seat belt buckles which make it easy to buckle in and out of the car. So overall this is a pretty good bag for dogs that don't mind a flip shift. The bag has a great height to allow the dogs to stand and move. This bag is a really good size for pets up to 15 maybe even 20 pounds. I travel a lot with my pup and would vote for a shorter prototype if it ever came to fruition. Update: I received an email from the seller/manufacturer and a smaller version that would be better suited to small or toy breeds. most likely slip right under the airplane seat. That makes me very happy! This bag has really good construction and a great back, so I'd be happy to get a miniature version of this bag! Super quick response from seller! Very grateful!
