This is an exact replacement for my Garmin Forerunner 610 watch, complete with pins and puller. I've never been a huge fan of this watch's strap design as it doesn't allow for 3rd party straps to be used easily. The pins are not spring-loaded pins like most watches, but friction pins. You'll need to thread the pins on one side and hopefully line up the holes on the other side. This is no easy task! The whole process took about 20 minutes and was very frustrating. In the process, I bent one of the pins and had to do my best to bend it back. I've had issues with slipping pins and falling watches while running in the past, so I usually add some rubber glue in the holes to hold them a bit tighter. The pegs aren't particularly rust resistant either, which is a big flaw since most people sweat while running. Unfortunately, there aren't many options other than this group.
