The sound quality is very good but to be honest that's the only good thing I can say about this product. The battery life is very bad! I used it at work to listen to music and had to charge for 2.5 hours after 100% charge. In addition, the microphone does not work and calls are not forwarded. I've made and received calls with this Bluetooth and I never hear or speak to anyone about them. The ONLY thing he could do with calls was answer and end them. Very disappointed, will definitely be back.
