I have to say I didn't want to buy these sheets due to the poor presentation of the product by the sellers. 1. These sheets are labeled "Egyptian Quality" which to me means they are not Egyptian but something similar and the absence of the word "cotton" in what you expect to read - Egyptian Cotton made me wonder what material they were made of. because cotton is never mentioned and polyester will never suit me. For reference, these are cotton towels. Read the attached image. 2. The seller presents these sheets as microfiber. I think they meant to say that they are woven from a very fine fibre. Microfiber as we understand it today has a pile of either closed loop or suede, but these sheets are made from a standard lint free weave, they are fine at 1500 thread count as advertised. When I read about microfiber I thought I could get the material used for baby sheets fluffy. It's not fluffy pile or microfiber pile, it's just thin threads to get 1500 threads and not weigh 10 pounds. Read more about microfiber at [.] Some of the complaints in the reviews were that these sheets are not cotton; they are, I've included some graphics to help. The most common complaint is that the elastic on the skirt has snapped. I have to admit they don't use industrial elastic, but I have a 12" deep mattress and I can pull the sheet up to make room. You just can't hold her. Put the elastic in JoAnn's and sew it on. What do you expect from the price you pay? The final complaint I would like to address is that some say the sheets are too thin. You can't get 1500 threads without material. An ad included with the sheets but not mentioned by the seller says "Exceptionally Thin Breathable Sheets" (includes graphic). I intend to buy more of these sheets. I know them all, these sheets are 25% or less, my JCP sheets are four times the price of the ones sold individually and they also break at the corners.
