The clock hands are too short.

I sent this watch back because the hands don't match the numbers on the watch. That's a problem for me because I'm visually impaired and I can't make up for the difference with my eyesight. Even though I sent the product back via UPS, I was still billed for the watch because the manufacturers didn't tell Revain what they received in January. I am very dissatisfied with this company and will never buy from them again. Maybe it's Revane's fault. I guess I'll never know, but I lost $163.63 and I don't have a watch to show it.
