I like how you can easily customize it with different tabs so that each department has its own way of working in Mainsite! Also we could create our workflow system within this tool which allowed us as employees not only schedule work but also prioritize them by using points/stars from 1-5 stars (departmental) or just manually assigning tasks when needed without waiting too long between steps! - Not much at all really since i'm relatively new myself :). Try out some free trials first if possible because everything isn't included initially once purchased such things are costly even though they're very useful overall especially during emergencies / incidents where your staff will need immediate attention! We used it mostly internally however did have external customers come into site sometimes who had issues outside their building needing repair etc.. This was helpful allowing my team members inside get alerts instantly via text message while still being able to see what problems were encountered externally & fix those quickly before anyone.
