My kids and I were looking for some new toys and games, so we made a recent buy from PREBOX. Unfortunately, my interactions with this firm were not positive. The products I got were of low quality, which was my first major complaint. The craft packages I bought were incomplete, and the games and puzzles were poorly made. For the price, I anticipated higher quality. Even when I tried to reach out to customer support with my issues, I was met with frustration and indifference. The reps were unhelpful and rude, making me feel like my concerns were being ignored. In addition, the shipping process was sluggish and unreliable, causing me to lose out on time with my kids that had been previously scheduled. In sum, I would not suggest PREBOX to anyone seeking for high-caliber playthings. The low quality of the product, the unhelpfulness of the service staff, and the tardiness of the delivery all combined to make my buy a bad investment.
