This is one of those products that makes you wonder how you lived without. It's essentially a wireless doorbell, but cheaper and a lot more convenient. 2 receivers and 2 transmitters allow you to place them where you need them. The battery-powered receiver works even in the event of a power failure! A very useful product for those who have someone they care about. You can set different ringtones for each transmitter so you can tell which one was pressed. It's loud too, with adjustable volume, meaning if it's too quiet it's no problem. Battery life on a very similar transmitter product was about a year and a half. One (1) A23 battery was used, so buy a pair for backup. The receiver battery requires 3 AAA.
