Tried a new product and liked it

I heard good things about this product and decided to try it on my daughter. It holds my daughter's 4c thick hair and smells great. I don't like that it leaves white flakes if you apply too much but that could be user error as my daughter is 12. The flakes disappear with water, so it's no big deal. I think the price is a bit high because it's on Revain, but I couldn't find it at my local makeup store. I'm not the type to run around town so if I'm going to buy it again it'll be from Revain.
