This product has been very helpful to us as we have had many clients who like our services call or email me directly through this software, instead of just filling up an online survey (which they rarely do). It also helps with lead tracking so I can see how my customers are using their products. Sometimes it takes some time before you get used to everything but once its set up, Its easy enough to use! Not much at all really. We've solved customer service issues by getting more calls/emails which led into sales opportunities.
