I bought this lounge chair for my first son many years ago. We needed a new one and I assumed this would be of the same quality but I was wrong. The seat is junk. It doesn't spin smoothly, it gets stuck after about a quarter of the way. If I keep turning it the whole seat moves and is unsafe for the baby. I contacted the company for a replacement seat and they told me it was a warranty case and nobody in the warranty department speaks to customers, they only communicate via email. In addition, according to the company, the usual response time is 5 working days, after which a decision is made as to whether the defective part will be replaced. It's a shame they made cuts with the new model. Also, the springs on this one are firmer and don't spring as well as on the old one.
