Initially the watch met our expectations, looked neat, shows time, date, year, alarm clock etc everything you need but once my son washed his hands or went swimming , basically coming into contact with water was a problem. I'm no watch expert, but common sense dictates that as soon as your child's wrist gets burned by a watch in any way, there is a problem. I am very dissatisfied with it. I don't know how this company can fix this but for me as a parent this is extremely dangerous. I hope you can contact me to solve this problem.
