This lock wouldn't open! Had to call a locksmith to get it off the bike.
I ordered this product a month ago and have used it quite frequently in NY since. Last night out of no where, the code just decided to stop working. After aggressively trying to open it, tweak the numbers, wiggle it around - the lock wasn't having it. I had to call a locksmith to come open it which ended up costing me $200. (11pm in NYC isn't the best time for this to happen) As much as I loved the product, after this experience I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE. This was a VERY disappointing and costly situation. BUYERS BEWARE!
