I love that it is so easy for our team members who are scattered in different locations around Canada! We can communicate with each other from anywhere at anytime without having an internet connection which makes things easier when we need help or have questions about something they did not understand because of language barriers etc.. Sometimes you get stuck trying figure out what your next step should be after searching through all options within trackone but there's always someone else online waiting if needed support/assistance as well!! The interface could use some work (i'm sure its just me) - maybe put more information into certain sections like contact info instead? It would make finding specific people quicker since i know where everything stands now compared before this update :) Also sometimes their system freezes up during peak hours making communication difficult unless others come over while working remotely via zoom / skype callout haha.
