Review on 💇 Layrite Superhold Pomade - 4oz by Crystal Gonzalez

Tried this product because the smell of Suavecito Strong Hold was too strong and off-putting for me. I read in one of the reviews about this product that it smells like vanilla. Beautiful, I thought. It might smell like I've just washed my hair, I thought, so why not try it despite the relatively high price. Yes, it smells like vanilla. Yes, it has a less aggressive odor than Suavecito. However, the smell is still too strong. It's stronger than the smell of washed hair. Everywhere I went I could smell my hair, which I realized after trying this product and Suavecito, I just don't want to smell all day every day. It will even rub off your pillow, hat and clothes if you don't wash it. So, like the Suavecito Strong Hold, it ended up in the trash after a single use and I'm back at American Crew for now and still looking for a better product. If you are considering trying this product, I encourage you to open it. and smell the product before using it. If you find it a bit harsh then imagine smelling that scent all day while using the product. See how you react to this. Wish you the best.
