I really like this toaster and am very impressed with their customer service. First, this toaster does an incredible job of evenly toasting everything we throw in, from bagels to English muffins to toast, and they all brown evenly with no bald spots. Before that we had a toaster that cost more and didn't work as well as this one. You also get a pictorial chart in the box showing what your toast will look like with all the different numbered settings, and it's pretty accurate. I was also impressed that customer service emailed me as soon as I received the toaster and said that if I had any questions, concerns or complaints they would do everything they could to ensure I was happy with my purchase. You don't see much these days so I take my hat off to them because I feel so much more confident about buying this toaster. The retro look and color of this toaster is really pretty and complements our kitchen decor well. We've been using this toaster for about 2 months now with no problems and it consistently produces perfect toast every time. I definitely recommend this toaster and will buy it again!
