It's hard to rate a role. First, they are a lot bigger than I thought. Second, they are incredibly expensive for what they are. However, I don't blame them for the price since I made that decision. The product itself works as intended and fits in the gladiator closet that I need. The wheels are made of very durable plastic, which in a workshop with junk on the floor could cause problems in the future. The wheels could also be a little softer. -1 star for not so smooth running and cycling material. Although I give this 4 stars, do not buy it. Don't get carried away by the whole "Gladiator family of products". Fair enough, buy cabinets because they fit your garage design aesthetic, but don't use casters. Buy another wheelset that is much smaller and better. There are a few suggestions in those other comments that I really should have followed. I was just confused about everything: "Well, I have a closet. I can also get rollers from the same brand.”
