I bought another case first which claimed to be high quality! There's no way you can compare the two, this is the winner. Soft, washed to perfection and fulfilling all the functions of silk. A+ customer service, had to be contacted and got back within a day and fixed the problem. Spend the extra dollar and buy something that will last and is made out of really good quality silk. I would highly recommend this pillowcase. I use tencel sheets and if I could afford it I would buy silk sheets from this company - maybe one day! Silk has everything about Tencel, if you have allergies, asthma or a hot sleeper this is what you need. Update: I had a problem with my pillowcase, I contacted Brian at customer service, sent a new one for 2 days delivery without hesitation and looked for a solution. Great company, I would give 10 stars if I could.
