I have bought several screen protectors from JETech. All products were great and worked great. They have great instructions on how to apply your phone/tablet skins and include EVERYTHING you need to get it done. However, the process is lengthy and it is easy to make mistakes. It's not the manufacturer's fault, it just happened that way. The screen protector is quite stiff (as it should be to protect the screen) and adheres to the screen itself. So your screen needs to be absolutely clean and you need to line up the screen protector accurately. Again, the manufacturer includes instructions and tools to make this as easy as possible, but it's still quite difficult to get it right.
