I've always loved these!
As you can see these bags are sealed until you open them. No, they aren't individually wrapped, but I agree with that because I'm sure they cost more then! I have 96! And I didn't have to spend gas to pick them up. I used them on a long flight to Amsterdam and the UK. It was perfect because you don't need water. Dental floss isn't that bad, but I mostly use it for brushing and pre-made toothpaste! A must with coffee, lemonade and snacks! For intermediate brushes!
