I was very happy to receive this as my old Turtle Beach wired headphones were worn out. Unfortunately, they simply could not maintain a connection between the handset and the headset. Twice I was actually able to pair the headset, the audio cut out for 20 minutes and I had to try to pair again. I checked the Turtle Beach website for new firmware and no updates are available for it. Very disappointed as someone who hasn't had any issues with Turtle Beach headsets in the past.
