This item is an absolute must if you work from home, during the day I use it on the lowest setting and it still lights up my desk. No glare on my computer screen and no glitter in my eyes. At night I use full brightness to light up my entire workspace and the results are the same, neither pleasant nor glaring. The only downside is that the mount isn't the best. I used 3m tape to secure them when I move my monitor a bit for peace of mind. But even then, I think it's worth every penny.
