I bought this bracelet making craftabelle kit for my 10 year old daughter. I love that this set builds on the skills my daughter has already learned to make hundreds of friendship bracelets but takes it to the next level with new cords, knots and accessories. These are skills that can then be applied to other mediums and crafts as well. The blue wire is real suede, other colors are PU material, feel pretty solid. We love these craftabelle sets, they're the perfect size and price for a rainy day. I like being able to pull out the set my kid can finish the craft in one day, and then enjoy your creation. These kits have everything you need, no need to look for additional consumables. Typically craftabelle kits have very clear instructions and are easy to follow, yet allow for your personality, plus enough materials to make a few variations or share if she had a friend. I wish there were a few more gender neutral items in this set, my daughter isn't that into shiny pink things, she really enjoys working with metal and leather, and if this set had more natural fibers or neutral colors her brother could have fun around to join! But overall this is another winner from Craftabelle and would make a great gift in its own right. At this price I could consider these sets the perfect gift in a bag or in an Easter basket or Christmas stocking. You can even tie several sets together with a ribbon and give them to your favorite seamstress as a spectacular birthday gift! Reusable jars are also great for storing crayons or other supplies! Great kit!
