The best camera at an incredible price

Update January 19, 2017 One of the reasons I bought the K-3II was the ability to shift pixels. I have to say I'm amazed at the increased resolution and dynamic range. I recently did HDR in combination with pixel shifting. The results were just incredible. When viewed 100% on a 27-inch, 2560 x 1440 pixel monitor, the image is still crisp with incredible detail. It's the kind of sharpness and micro-contrast I've only seen on high-resolution medium format cameras. The benefit of this discovery is that my lenses still match the sensor well, no need to upgrade Original: This is my eighth Pentax DSLR, replacing the K-5IIs and K-S2. Abandoned cameras are still good, but no longer suitable for the K-3II. The fit and finish of the K-3II is the best, very solid, solid but not heavy or too big. The shutter is incredibly soft, quiet and smooth. The K-5 and K-5II already have a great shutter, but the K-3II is even better, AF is much better than previous models, Sigma 70 - not required. 200 OS. With these three lenses, autofocus is fast and reliable. The resolution is incredible; I wasn't ready when I saw the small details. Update August 7, 2016 eJust has ended a long holiday abroad. The local weather was hot and muggy and the camera worked perfectly. The 16-85 autofocus was fast, sure and accurate. I'm very familiar with Sony's 16-megapixel K-5 series camera, but this 24-megapixel sensor is amazing. There is at least one stop of headroom when using RAW. Dynamic range is also excellent, with 3 stops for easy shadow recovery. I never realized how useful GPS is until now. I can easily pinpoint the exact location where the picture was taken. Finally, I tried the pixel shift feature. This actually works pretty well for static objects. The SR of this camera is definitely better than that of the K-5 series. If you're short on cash and don't know what to do with it, this camera is the best APS DSLR and best value for money. Highly recommended.
