Yes they work as advertised but they definitely didn't impress me as much as I expected from Sennheiser. Unfortunately I think the most impressive part is the fact that it comes with 4 different sizes of earbuds - I always have a hard time finding comfortable earbuds when there are only 3 options so the extra size really helped. Now for the aspects that prevented me from ranking them higher (in no particular order). I almost gave it a 2 rating but thought it worked well enough to live with. Hence the "yes" in the middle. The microphone is sensitive to the position of your head. It works great when you're sitting up straight and looking straight ahead, but people complain that my voice disappears when I move my head or change position. The USB stick required for Teams features doesn't have a very good range. It's enough for walking around a decent-sized room, but don't expect to be able to walk around the house. Opening the access port to plug in the USB charging cable becomes annoying. At this price it should have wireless charging. The cables are too long for me. They're long enough to sometimes get in the way or even wrap around the body, which then tries to pull the receiver out of my ear when I turn around. my head. I wish they were retractable, with latches to hold them every inch or so. Active noise cancellation doesn't seem to do anything other than a slight hum/hum. The tips themselves are the only real source of noise isolation. - The mute button is too close to the end button! - Good luck memorizing all the controls - each button has at least two functions depending on how many times you press it. and/or how long you hold them down. And not all associations are intuitive.
