I like that it allows you to listen anywhere, anytime with no restrictions or limitations! The ability for employees to work remotely is so great! It's hard to find something negative about this app as we've been using it at my job since day 1. We have found out some things can be improved but overall everything has worked well thus far (for the most part). As long as there are people who use their computers/mobile devices during working hours then everyone should benefit from having access to any of our applications while they're in meetings etc.
