I like that you can create different campaigns with multiple goals, it's easy to set up, has great reporting options (including custom tables), integrates well into other platforms such as Facebook or Mailchimp etc., good customer service when needed - they are very responsive! I like that it's easy to use, has good customer service support (even after hours), integrates with all of our platforms well including Facebook ads manager which was something we didn't have before using this tool! It also allows you to track your results so if there are any issues or questions they can help quickly resolve them in real time without having to wait days/weeks until an email gets answered. The best thing about tone den, it's simplicity of use! It has all you need to get started with your first automation campaign in less than 5 minutes (and there are many tutorials available). There isn't anything that I dislike so far - everything works as expected from day 1 after purchase or trial period expires.
