I really like that they have an app, which makes it easy to access my account information at any time from anywhere.

It's also very convenient for me as well because all payments are made through this app! There isn't anything specifically wrong with SMH other than maybe their pricing structure. They seem pretty fair about how much things cost though so no complaints there! We use them mainly just to pay our bills but we do love having everything right within reach when needed (and not needing to go into another system).
