Just yesterday I was telling my husband how great this product is and how much I like it. I gave it 4 stars because the initial setup took an hour and once I unplugged the USB it took another hour to set up. I had to leave the wired mouse and keyboard on the computer and then restart the windows computer to see the USB, it took me about 10 minutes not playing with it to finally sync. The keyboard works well and I only had to charge it once a month (I sit at my desk about 30 hours a week typing small reports and emails). The batteries in the mouse aren't dead either (thanks to people's previous comments that the mouse has 2 AAA batteries and the keyboard is rechargeable). I didn't use any of the function keys, so I can't comment on the button confusion that others have commented. All normal buttons work fine.
