The sound was great for PC gaming. Unfortunately, the product is of cheap design. After 4 months of use, the left side broke and no longer covered the ear normally. :(Update: They have no customer support. Of course they will not replace their cheap product. I filled out the first complaint form on the Razer website. They contacted me and got a list of questions which I answered. They then replied one few days later and asked for a photo of the headset (I uploaded a photo when I made the original complaint) I responded promptly by re-sending the photo and now I get a response that the damage is non-recoverable because I told them I dropped the headset (not true but true) I actually told them the headset broke while I was wearing it There are other reviews here with the same issue. Don't buy those plastic headsets First and last Razer product I ever bought.
