I bought this to transfer photos from flash drives to my iPhone so I can transfer them to the cloud. I have iOS 14.3 on my iPhone XR. I connected the flash drive with photos to the adapter, and then to the iPhone according to the instructions. There was no identification or transition to the "Import" interface as the instructions say. When it didn't, I reconnected it as instructed. Again no response from my iPhone. I also went to the files app and the flash drive didn't show up, so that doesn't work. I had a power cord plugged into the adapter that charged my iPhone, so I know there is a connection between the adapter and my iPhone. There is just no movement from the flash drive to my iPhone. You may be luckier than me, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend such an acquisition to anyone. Luckily I only have $15.
