Review on Instore by Charles Butler

-Easy to implement -Good support-Can add payment methods and categories-Can track and log in customers-Can log in a cashier -Can add items to sales/checkout-Can process coupons-Can set up gift cards-Works with my POS terminal. Could have better customer service. We want to be able to access the store from our homes and office but with Instore we only have 24/7 customer service and a phone number to call. Instore works great for my business and there is nothing I hate about Instore. We have been able to track sales and add in many different things such as gift cards, coupons, and even store products. Instore also allows me to track my customers transactions and see how they shop. I love that it allows me to keep track of my inventory at all times from home! It is very easy for employees to access as well. The software has been great but there are some minor issues here or there when using the app. But nothing too major just little glitches every once in awhile like an error message pops up or something doesn't work correctly. This helps us stay organized while keeping our inventories updated throughout the day/weekend.
