The ability for us as marketers at our organization, which is an insurance carrier with over 100 locations in multiple states across three different countries/regions - Canada & US / UK markets),to reach out directly via SMS or email when there are issues that need attention from local employees was very convenient! I never had any problems reaching someone within my team who could help me resolve something quickly so it worked great!! Not much but what we needed really helped during this pandemic situation where people were working remotely more than usual due its' COVID 19 related concerns etc...
