Some printers, like mine, have 2 HP564 cartridges - one for printing photos and one for printing documents I think. Each of them has a unique image for its use on the label attached to the cartridge. An image for photos looks like a bow tie, and for documents it looks like a pentagon. You won't know or notice the difference until you open the box, even though both labels say HP 564 XL and both say HP 564 XL. This is the fault of the manufacturers who did not indicate the difference on the packaging. The bow tie and the pentagon must be clearly visible on the box. Long story short, I ordered the wrong cartridge and will not buy this cartridge online again. The few dollars you save when buying online isn't worth the hassle of buying the wrong cartridge.
