Why don't you disclose that they are not certified for use in 2022 and so not covered by the warranty, I ask the vendor? Is the assurance still valid, and if so, what steps will you take to implement them? Problem addressed, headphones accepted, money refunded. They said there was a problem with the delivery. Listed below are some advantages: While there are no issues with the headphones themselves (while the front of the case is slightly worn, the headphones themselves were packaged), wearing them for extended periods of time can be painful. The music sounds great, and the call quality is outstanding. Contrast several: I ignored warnings that they might cause discomfort by continuing to wear them. I tried them on first to make sure, however after about half an hour the discomfort sets in. Put them on properly; a few millimeters here or there won't make a difference. I called customer service to see if I could get replacement overlays (I'd read that they fixed the problem; currently, I'm making do with small ones, but they don't stay in place and are too stiff), but they identified the headphones as being from the United Arab Emirates and not being certified until 2022.
