I like it very much. My cat even falls asleep in it if I leave it on the floor. As she can see from all directions I think she enjoys being in it, although in a stressful situation you are told that it is better to cover her with a towel. It's pretty sturdy even though my cat is only 7 pounds. I'm not sure I would like that soft for a 15 pounder. We haven't had to go to the vet yet but I bought this because it fits in the front seat of my car. Its bottom is fluffy and attached to the hard bottom with velcro so it can be removed for washing. My cat doesn't scratch when checking, but I see that as a problem for cats that do. I like the fact that it can be attached to the seat belt but if I am not mistaken this is from the end and I put it sideways in the car so some adjustments may need to be made to attach it to the seat that is the way to go.
