Variety of colors for the price was the reason I chose this set. The markers were packaged in a thin cardboard box where you could test them all out and style and color them however you wanted (the box was pretty flimsy so didn't last long). All 100 marks were present with no repetitive colors. They all worked well with both tips, neither dried out nor cracked. I bought these for my 14 year old daughter who is starting a new love of drawing and painting. She really liked this set. Addendum to this review: I had to borrow this from my daughter and absolutely love it. It has been over a month since we received them and they are still valid! I recommend.
