I bought this to use after swimming (3 times a week). Perfect. I've been swimming for two years and have had terrible hair problems ever since. My hair was damaged and tangled all the time and was generally dry and brittle. I've tried several products (including some made specifically for swimmers) but this is the first I've used and it brings me back to my pre-swim hair. I've been using it for a few months now and am very happy with the results. But cheer up, the bottle is leaking. I don't know if it was damage in transit or just a problem with the bottles but I have a couple of bottles now and both leaked when I dropped them on their sides.
