- 1st star; As others have said, it doesn't fill the original hole. I had to glue it with a glue gun. -2. Star; But more importantly, there is no rubber boot covering the outer edge of the switch body like the original switch. I suspect that this allows dirt, dust and rain to get into the motor housing more easily. -3. Star; I noticed that the orientation of the actual rocker switch was reversed from the original switch. If you install it as it came and keep the correct red and black connectors, the switch would work in reverse. Going in was going out and going out was going in. This required a major repositioning of the wiring, which put a lot of strain on the connectors. So I rotated the toggle switch to match the original. A star for everyone. If you can find a replacement for the welly, I would suggest you use this.
