I almost gave one star due to a design flaw. correctly aligned during manufacture, but I was able to unscrew the faulty part, drill new holes and reassemble it to work properly. Once that was done, it worked. If I didn't need to fix it I would give four stars. If you have glasses with a small base, you may never notice the problem, but in my case, it was noticeable right away. UPDATE: The company gave me a partial refund due to the issue I was having. Didn't request a refund but welcomed it. With any luck, the problem described above won't happen again in the future, but if you find that to be the case, the company appears to be supporting their product.
