I have ordered 2 of these glass racks. They both arrived in record time! (1 day is cool). The only problem is I can't install any of these because one of the screws they sent was damaged. I'll try to get them to send me a new screw so I can install these wine glass racks properly - hopefully I don't have to send the entire package back just to have the screw replaced. Fingers crossed because I really think these racks are perfect.

Pros: This wooden trivet looks great on a dark shelf and looks more expensive than its price. Cons: Very poor workmanship. You get what you pay for. The openings for the glasses vary depending on the row! For example, our red wine glasses only fit 2 of the 4 holes! They have to go with everything. You must try each row to see if the glasses fit. We had already pinned it to our shelf when we discovered the inconsistencies, so we decided to keep it. But otherwise I would send it back immediately.

I almost gave one star due to a design flaw. correctly aligned during manufacture, but I was able to unscrew the faulty part, drill new holes and reassemble it to work properly. Once that was done, it worked. If I didn't need to fix it I would give four stars. If you have glasses with a small base, you may never notice the problem, but in my case, it was noticeable right away. UPDATE: The company gave me a partial refund due to the issue I was having.
